Return Policy:
If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Banchet Flowers who made the delivery. In almost every case, Banchet Flowers will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, Banchet Flowers must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify Banchet Flowers within 48 hours of the original delivery date.

The personal information we may collect from you when you open an account, register, visit our Website, respond to our emails, place orders via the Website, email, telephone, fax, use our mobile applications, place orders through social media applications or otherwise contact us via telephone, email, fax or mail (collectively the "Service"); will not be shared without consent.
Shipping Policy:
Same Day Delivery: If you order before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For orders going outside of our local delivery area, we may require the order to be placed by 12:00 pm for same-day delivery. For same day service on Saturday please order by 12:00 pm.
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 2pm for orders going to a high school. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm.

Your credit card number is stored on our site in an encrypted format as well and is always transmitted in a secure fashion.
